Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sebagai bagian dari Tjokro Group, PIMSF melalui Perseroan
melaksanakan
konsolidasi bisnis untuk membawa arah strategi baru melalui
Perseroan. Hal
ini dilakukan untuk memperkuat struktur permodalan guna
memenangkan
persaingan di industri saat ini yang semakin ketat baik
domestik maupun
global. Melalui konsolidasi yang akan dilaksanakan, Perseroan
bersama
dengan Tjokro Group dan PIMSF berencana untuk
mengamankan semua
rantai pasok (supply chain) di industri solusi mekanikal dari
hulu (upstream)
hingga hilir (downstream). Tujuan dari konsolidasi tersebut
merupakan
langkah strategis yang diambil dalam rangka mengamankan
ketersediaan
bahan baku diantara grup usaha dan penguasaan pangsa
pasar yang lebih luas
untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan dan kepercayaan
dimata para
pelanggan Perseroan dan Grup Usaha serta pengembangan
produk-produk
mekanikal yang lebih kompleks

Description of Material Information or As part of the Tjokro Group, PIMSF, through the Company, is

strategic direction through the Company. This is undertaken to
strengthen the capital structure in order to remain competitive
in an increasingly intense domestic and global industry.
Through the consolidation to be implemented, the Company
together with the Tjokro Group and PIMSF plans to secure the
entire supply chain in the mechanical solutions industry, from
upstream to downstream. The objective of such consolidation
is a strategic step taken to ensure the availability of raw
materials within the business group, expand market share to
increase the number of customers and customer confidence in
the Company and the Business Group, and to develop more
complex mechanical products.
