PT ADHI AKP KARTIKO PRATAMA TBK PERTAMBANGAN NIKEL Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Information or Facts Pada 15 Januari 2026, Perseroan mencatat jumlah denda administratif dari Satuan Tugas Penertiban Kawasan Hutan, yang diinformasikan kepada Perseroan melalui Nota Pemberitahuan Sementara tertanggal 23 Desember 2025, sebagai Biaya yang masih harus dibayar (accrued expense) dalam laporan keuangan Perseroan periode yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2025. Jumlah final denda administratif yang akan dicatatkan tersebut akan disesuaikan setelah Perseroan telah menerima surat keputusan mengenai penetapan denda administratif tersebut. On 15 January 2026, the Company recorded the administrative fine as stipulated by the Task Force for Forest Area Enforcement, which was informed to the Company through a Temporary Notification Letter dated December 23, 2025, as accrued expense in the Company's financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2025. The final amount of the administrative fine to be recorded will be adjusted upon the Company's receipt of the official decision letter regarding the administrative fine.
