Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 12 Januari 2026, PT Mitra Motor Group ("MMG")
dan PT Energi Makmur Buana ("EMB"), telah membentuk satu
anak usaha baru yaitu PT INVI Mining Unggulan Nusantara
("IMUN"), sesuai dengan akta No. 07 tanggal 12 Januari 2026
yang dibuat oleh Ungke Mulawanti, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di
Jakarta Timur, dan yang telah mendapat pengesahan
pendirian dari Kementerian Hukum No. AHU-0005212.AH.
01.11 tanggal 13 Januari 2026.
IMUN akan melakukan kegiatan usaha utama di bidang
Aktivitas Konsultasi Manajemen Lainnya (KBLI 70209).
MMG dan EMB merupakan anak perusahaan Perseroan di
mana 100% sahamnya dimiliki, baik secara langsung maupun
tidak langsung, oleh Perseroan.
Keterangan mengenai struktur kepemilikan modal IMUN
adalah sebagai berikut:

Description of Material Information or On 12 January 2026, PT Mitra Motor Group ("MMG") and PT
Facts Energi Makmur Buana ("EMB"), established a new legal entity
namely PT INVI Mining Unggulan Nusantara ("IMUN"), based
on deed No. 07 dated 12 January 2026 made by Ungke
Mulawanti, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in East Jakarta, and which has
received approval from the Ministry of Law No. AHU- 0005212.
AH.01.11 dated 13 January 2026.
IMUN will carry out main business activities in the fields of
Other Management Consulting Activities (KBLI 70209).
MMG and EMB are subsidiaries of the Company in which
100% of the shares are owned, either directly or indirectly, by
the Company.
