PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN WARAN TERSTRUKTUR
RAJADRCG6A DAN RAJADRCH6A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (“RAJA”) pada tanggal 30 September
2025 tentang rencana pembagian Dividen Tunai Interim.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur RAJADRCG6A dan RAJADRCH6A
sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak
ada penyesuaian yang akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur RAJADRCG6A dan RAJADRCH6A
sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
RAJADRCG6A AND RAJADRCH6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (“RAJA”) dated 30th September 2025
regarding a Schedule of Interim Cash Dividend.
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant RAJADRCG6A and RAJADRCH6A
as stated in the Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be
made to structured warrant RAJADRCG6A and RAJADRCH6A pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
