                                           saham Seri A Dwiwarna WSKT dan tetap merupakan Pemilik
                                           Manfaat Akhir (ultimate beneficial owner) dari WSKT melalui
                                           kepemilikan secara tidak langsung melalui DAM.

                                               - Letter of BP BUMN No. S-27/BPU/01/2026 dated 6 January
                                               2026 concerning the Notification of the Signing of the Share
                                               Transfer Agreement of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk; and

                                               - Letter of PT Danantara Asset Management (Persero) No.
                                               SR.007/DI-DAM/DO/2026 dated 6 January 2026 concerning
                                               the Notification of the Signing of the Share Transfer
                                               Agreement of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk,

                                               it is hereby stated that the implementation of the share
                                               ownership transfer transaction has been carried out through
                                               the signing of the Share Transfer Agreement of the State-
                                               Owned Shares of the Republic of Indonesia in the form of
                                               Series B Shares in State-Owned Enterprises to the State-
                                               Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency, namely Agreement
                                               No. PERJ-1/BPU/01/2026 and No. LGL1.001/PERJ/DI-
                                               DAM.DO/2026 dated 5 January 2026, between the Head of BP
                                               BUMN and DAM, whereby DAM has transferred the shares of
                                               PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) to BP BUMN.
                                               Accordingly, BP BUMN holds 1% (one percent) of the States
                                               total shareholding in WSKT through BP BUMN and DAM.

 Impact of event, material information or     Direct ownership by the Republic of Indonesia through
 facts towards Issuers or Public              217,056,333 (two hundred seventeen million fifty-six thousand

                                              thousand twenty-eight) Series B Shares owned by DAM, which
                                              are consolidated under the Daya Anagata Nusantara
                                              Investment Management Agency.

                                              The Republic of Indonesia, through its direct ownership of
                                              WSKT Series A Dwiwarna Shares, remains the Ultimate
                                              Beneficial Owner of WSKT through its indirect ownership via
                                              DAM.
