                              NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
  OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Referring to the announcement dated December 22th, 2025 which was published through the
Company’s website, the website of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, and the website of PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia, the Board of Directors of the Company hereby announces that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) originally scheduled to be held on
Wednesday, 28 January 2026, has been cancelled.

The cancellation was made in connection with the incomplete review process and fulfillment of
regulatory aspects of the meeting agenda to ensure that all required requirements can be fully
fulfilled in accordance with applicable provisions.

In accordance with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No.
15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Planning and Implementation of General Meetings of
Shareholders of Public Companies and Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 14 of 2025
concerning the Implementation of General Meetings of Shareholders, Bondholders, and
Sukukholders Electronically, This notice of cancellation of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders is disclosed through the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the website of
Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), and the Company’s website.

This notice of cancellation is hereby conveyed for the information and attention of all shareholders
of the Company.
