Re: Submission of Cancellation the 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) of PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk Referring to our letter — Number 32204/COSEIXII/2025 concerning the Announcement of the 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk dated December 22, 2025, which has been submitted through the Company's website, the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the website of the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), and in accordance with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation — Number 15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Planning and Implementation of General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 14 of 2025 concerning the Electronic Implementation of General Meetings of Shareholders, General Meetings of Bondholders, and General Meetings of Sukuk Holders, the Company hereby notifies that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), originally scheduled for Wednesday, January 28, 2026, has been canceled.
