Tanggapan Perseroan:

Selain dari hal-hal yang telah disetujui pada Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (“RUPST”) yang
telah diadakan pada tanggal 30 April 2025, yang
ringkasan risalah rapat telah kami umumkan kepada
pemegang saham melalui situs web Perseroan, situs
PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia, dan PT Bursa
Efek Indonesia pada tanggal 2 Mei 2025, Perseroan
tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta
material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek
Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal
sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan — No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang
Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh
Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik. Lebih lanjut, dalam
RUPST yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 30 April
2025, tidak terdapat agenda maupun keputusan yang
menyetujui transaksi material dan/atau aksi korporasi
yang dilakukan oleh Perseroan

Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi
atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai
efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal
sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan No. I-E
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir

Company's Response:
Apart from the matters approved under the

Company's Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders ("AGMS”) held on April 30, 2025,
which we have announced to shareholders through
the Company's website, website of PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia, and website of PT Bursa
Efek Indonesia on May 2, 2025, the Company is
not aware of any material information or facts that
could affect the value of company securities or
investors' investment decisions as stipulated Under
OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04 /2015 regarding
Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by
Issuers or Public Companies. Furthermore, in the
AGMS held on April 30, 2025, there were no
agenda items or resolutions approving any material
transactions and/or corporate actions undertaken
by the Company.

or facts that may affect the value of the Company's
securities, or the investment decision of the
investors as stipulated in Regulation No. I-E:

Company's Response:
Apart from the matters that have been approved at

the Company's AGMS which were held on April 30,
2025 as we convey in response number 1 (one)
above, there is no material information or facts that
could affect the value of the Company's securities or
the investment decision of the investors as
Stipulated in point 1.2.1 and IV.2.1 of Regulation
No. I-E: regarding Obligation to Submit Information,
Attachment to the Decision of the Board of Directors
of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-
00015/BE/01-2021

4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari
pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau
Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan
Terbuka.

Tanggapan Perseroan:
Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari

pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan — Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No
11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau
Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan
Terbuka.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat
terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Tanggapan Perseroan:
Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana aksi korporasi

lainnya dalam beberapa bulan mendatang
(setidaknya dalam 3 bulan ke depan).

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
mohon kiranya. Corporate Secretary menanyakan
terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama
dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Tanggapan Perseroan:

Perseroan memahami bahwa pemegang saham
utama belum memiliki rencana terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dan sesuai
arahan dari BEI, Perseroan telah mengginformasikan
mengenai concern tersebut di atas kepada pemegang
saham utama sebagai antisipasi kemungkinan
adanya transaksi tertentu yang akan dilakukan
pemegang saham utama.

The Company is not aware of any activity from

certain shareholders as stipulated in the OJK
Regulation No.  11/POJK.04/2017  regarding
Ownership Report or Any Changes in Ownership
of Public Company Shares.

5. Does the Company have plans to take corporate
actions in the near future, including corporate
plans that will affect the listing of the Company's
Shares on the Exchange (at least in the next 3
months)?

Company's Response:
The Company does not have any plans to take

any corporate action in the coming months (at
least in the next 3 months)

6. Plans of major shareholders regarding their
Shareholdings in the Company. In this regard,
please let the Corporate Secretary inguire in
advance to the major shareholders in responding to
the confirmation

Company's Response:
The Company understands that the majority

Shareholder does not currently have any plans
regarding its shareholding in the Company. In
accordance with the guidance from the IDX, the
Company has communicated the above concern
to the majority shareholder as a precautionary
measure in anticipation of any potential
transactions that may be carried out by the
majority shareholder.
