menandatangani suatu Perjanjian Jual Beli Saham bersyarat
pada tanggal 3 Agustus 2026 untuk menjual kepemilikan
saham secara tidak langsung dalam salah satu lini usaha dari
Entitas Anak tersebut kepada calon pembeli yang merupakan
Pihak Ketiga.
Adapun penyelesaian transaksi jual beli berdasarkan
Perjanjian tersebut tunduk pada pemenuhan persyaratan
sebagaimana diatur dalam Perjanjian, sehingga transaksi
pengalihan saham pada saat ini belum berlaku efektif.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Facts Sale and Purchase Agreement on August 3, 2026 to dispose
of its indirect shareholding in one of the Indirect Subsidiaries
business lines to a prospective purchaser that is a Third Party
Completion of the sale and purchase transaction contemplated
under the CSPA is subject to the satisfaction of the conditions
precedent set out therein. Accordingly, the share transfer has
not yet become effective.
