The Company currently does not have any other information/facts/events of a material nature thatare
reguired to be disclosed and that may affect the price of the Company's securities and the Company's
going concem-which have not yet been disclosed to the public.

Bahwa terdapat perubahan kepemilikan saham atas nama Yos Effendi Susanto (Komisaris Utama)
sebagaimana telah disampaikan oleh Perseroan dengan Surat Laporan Kepemilikan Atau Setiap
Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka pada tanggal 31 Desember 2025 dengan nomor
LK/31122025/0004/1.

There has been a change in share ownership in the name of Yos Effendi Susanto (President
Commissioner), as previously reported by the Company through the Report on Ownership or Any
Change in Share Ownership of a Public Company dated 31 December 2025, reference number
LK/31122025/0004/1.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang).

Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that may affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange (at least within

Sampai dengan surat ini disampaikan, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana tindakan korporasi dalam
waktu dekat. Dalam hal terdapat tindakan korporasi tertentu, Perseroan berkomitmen untuk selalu
melaksanakan kewajiban penyampaian keterbukaan informasi kepada Bursa dan publik sesuai
dengan ketentuan yang berlaku di bidang Pasar Modal.

As of the date of this letter, the Company does not have any plans to undertake corporate actions in
the near future. Should there be any corporate actions, the Company is committed to fulfilling its
disclosure obligations to the Exchange and the public in accordance with the prevailing capital market
regulations.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut.

Plans of the controlling shareholder in relation to its share ownership in the Company. In this regard,
the Corporate Secretary has first sought confirmation from the controlling shareholder in responding
to this inguiry.

Berdasarkan konfirmasi yang dilakukan Perseroan dengan pemegang saham utama, hingga saat ini
Perseroan memperoleh informasi bahwa pemegang saham utama tidak memiliki rencana apapun
terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

Based on the confirmation obtained by the Company from the controlling shareholder, as of this date,
the Company has received information that the controlling shareholder does not have any plans in
relation to its share ownership in the Company.
