Pelaksanaan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (“RUPS LB”) tanggal 18 November 2025 yang ringkasan risalahnya telah dipublikasikan pada | tanggal 19 November 2025, Cc. Penandatanganan Akta Pemisahan No. 19 Tanggal 20 November 2025 yang dibuat di hadapan Ashoya | Ratam, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Jakarta Selatan. Pemisahan UUS Perseroan dengan cara pengalihan hak dan kewajiban kepada BSN telah mendapat persetujuan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”) melalui surat OJK No. SR-511/PB.02/2025 tanggal 9 Desember 2025 perihal Persetujuan atas Permohonan Pemisahan Unit Usaha Syariah PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, yang efektif berlaku pada tanggal 22 Desember 2025 | berdasarkan Surat Kementerian Hukum Republik Indonesia No. AHU-AH.01-446 tanggal 15 Desember 2025 | perihal Tanggal Efektif Pemisahan Unit Usaha Syariah PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk kepada PT Bank Syariah Nasional, dan sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 81 POJK 12/2023 tentang Unit Usaha Syariah. Execution of Deed of Separation No. 19 dated November 20#"2025, drawn up and executed before | Ashoya Ratam, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in South Jakarta. The spin-off of the Company's Sharia Business Unit through the transfer of rights and obligations to BSN has | | obtained approval from the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) pursuant to OJK Letter No. SR-511/PB.02/2025 dated December 9#"2025 concerning the Approval of the Application for the Separation of the Sharia Business Unit of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Such separation became effective as of December 22”d 2025 based on the Letter of the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-AH.01-446 dated December 15" 2025 regarding the Effective Date of the Separation of the Sharia Business Unit of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk to PT Bank Syariah Nasional, and in | accordance with the provisions of Article 81 of OJK Regulation No. 12/2023 on Sharia Business Units. The spin-off meets the criteria for affiliated transactions and material transactions as follows: a.
