Rencana Pengalihan Kembali Saham Hasil Buy Back, dapat
kami sampaikan bahwa sejak tanggal 29
Oktober 2025 hingga 31 Desember 2025, Perseroan telah
melepas saham treasuri sebesar 7.561.800
lembar saham dengan cara melakukan penjualan saham di
Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Selanjutnya, Perseroan bermaksud untuk melakukan
perpanjangan periode Pengalihan Kembali Saham
Hasil Buy Back Perseroan.

Information Disclosure No. 355/OJK-TI/DIR/X/2025 dated 15
October 2025 concerning the Plan for the Retransfer of Shares
Resulting From the Shares Buyback, we hereby convey that
from 29 October 2025 to 31 December 2025, the Company
has divested 7.561.800 treasury shares through the sales of
shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
Furthermore, the company intends to extend the period of the
Retransfer of Shares Resulting From the Shares Buyback.
