3. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material

Summary of Material Information or Facts

SEGI telah melakukan perubahan Pasal 3 anggaran
dasar sehubungan dengan maksud dan tujuan serta
kegiatan usaha. Sebelumnya maksud dan tujuan
serta kegiatan usaha yang dimiliki SEGI adalah
sebagai berikut:

1) Pengusahaan Tenaga Panas Bumi (KBLI
06202):

2) Aktivitas Konsultasi Manajemen Lainnya
(KBLI 70209).

Dengan adanya rencana pengembangan kegiatan
usaha yang dilakukan oleh SEGI, maka berdasarkan
Akta Pernyataan Keputusan Para Pemegang Saham
No. 61 tanggal 29 Desember 2025, yang dibuat di
hadapan Muhammad Hanafi, S.H, Notaris di Jakarta
Selatan, kegiatan usaha SEGI adalah sebagai
berikut:

1) Pengusahaan Tenaga Panas Bumi (KBLI
06202):

2) Aktivitas Konsultasi Manajemen Lainnya
(KBLI 70209):

3) Usaha Kehutanan Lainnya (KBLI 02209),

4) Pembangkitan Tenaga Listrik (35111),

5) Transmisi Tenaga Listrik (35112),

6) Distribusi Tenaga Listrik (35113):

7) Pembangkit, Transmisi, dan Penjualan
Tenaga Listrik Dalam Satu Kesatuan Usaha
(KBLI 35116).

Perubahan pasal 3 anggaran dasar SEGI telah
memperoleh persetujuan dari Menteri Hukum
Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Surat Keputusan
No. AHU-0086283.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 tanggal
30 Desember 2025.

SEGI has amended Article 3 of its Articles of
Association in relation to its purposes, objectives,
and business activities. Previously, SEGI's purpose,
objectives, and business activities are as follows:

1) Geothermal Energy Exploitation (KBLI
06202).

2) Other Management Consultancy Activities
(KBLI 70209).

With the planned expansion of its business activities,
SEGI, then based on Deed of Shareholders'
Resolution No. 61 dated 29 December 2025, made
before Muhammad Hanafi, S.H., Notary in South
Jakarta, SEGI business activities based on its
Articles of Association are as follows:

7) Electric Power Generation, Transmission,
and Sale as an Integrated Business (KBLI
35116).

The amendment of Article 3 of SEGI"s Articles of
Association has obtained approval from the Minister
of Law of the Republic of Indonesia pursuant to
Decree No. AHU-0086283.AH.01.02. TAHUN 2025
dated 30 December 2025.

4. | Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material
tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik

The impact of the event, information or material
facts on the operational activities, legal matters,
financial condition or business continuity of the
Issuer or Public Company

Perubahan kegiatan usaha oleh SEGI akan
berdampak positif kegiatan operasional dan
kelangsungan usaha masing-masing perusahaan
dan tidak memiliki dampak negatif terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau
kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

The amendment in business activities by SEGI will
have a positive impact on the operational activities
and business continuity of each company and does
not have a negative impact on the Company's
operational activities, legal, financial condition, or
business continuity.

5. | Keterangan lain-lain

Other information

Perubahan kegiatan usaha oleh SEGI tidak
dikategorikan sebagai perubahan kegiatan usaha
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam  POJK No.
17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan
Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha, SEGI tidak memberikan
kontribusi pendapatan sebesar 205 atau lebih
terhadap total pendapatan Perseroan.

The amendment in business activities by SEGI is not
classified as an amendment in business activities as
referred to in OJK Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020
on Material Transactions and Changes in Business
Activities, as SEGI do not contribute 2096 or more to
the Company's total revenue.
