Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“POJK”) No. 33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik: POJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik: Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep- 00087/BEI/12-2025 tanggal 12 Desember 2025 tentang Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi: Anggaran Dasar Perseroan.
