The Financial Services Authority has approved PT Bank
Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk as the Controlling
Shareholder (PSP) and the Government of East Java
Province as the Ultimate Shareholder of PT Bank
Pembangunan Daerah Lampung through an eguity
participation — transaction amounting to IDR
100,000,000,000.00 (one hundred billion Rupiah),
including share premium, with details of IDR
25,376,840,000 (twenty-five billion three hundred
seventy-six million eight hundred forty thousand Rupiah)
representing 2,537,684 shares in the form of paid-in
capital, and the remaining capital contribution of IDR
74,623,160,000 (seventy-four billion six hundred twenty-
three million one hundred sixty thousand Rupiah)
recorded as share premium.

Asa result of the transaction, the share ownership of PT

Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk in PT Bank
Pembangunan Daerah Lampung became 5.424 and has

been recorded in the supervisory administration of the
Financial Services Authority.

Furthermore, based on such share ownership and
referring to Financial Services Authority Regulation
(POJK) Number 12/POJK.03/2020 concerning the
Consolidation of Commercial Banks, PT Bank
Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk is eligible to
establish a Bank Business Group (KUB) with the bank it
owns, and the establishment of such Bank Business
Group (KUB) has been approved by the Financial Services
Authority pursuant to Financial Services Authority Letter
Number S-241/KO.14/2025 dated 24 December 2025.
