On 3 January 2026, the Company obtained information from the Hong Kong
Companies Registry through a publication on its official website (www.e-
services.cr.gov.hk) that BCA Finance Limited has been effectively liguidated. The
liguidation process carried out by a team of liguidators appointed in Hong Kong by
the Company, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in Hong Kong.

BCA Finance Limited was engaged in the remittance and money lending business in
Hong Kong and was a subsidiary entity that was 10096 controlled by the Company.

The decision to liguidate BCA Finance Limited was made in light of the fact that
banking services for the Company's customers in Hong Kong, which were previously
provided face-to-face by BCA Finance Limited, can now be delivered through the
Company's digital channels. This is an adaptive business initiative and aligns with
the changing behavior of customers, who increasingly rely on digital technology to
meet their financial product and service needs. The Company already has digital
services in place to support customers' remittance transactions, and therefore, this
decision is part of the Company's efforts to optimize the management of its

resources.
