3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta : Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa
Material / Description of Material persetujuan RKAB Tahun 2026 belum
Information or Facts diterbitkan. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan
Perseroan secara hukum belum diperkenankan
untuk melakukan kegiatan operasional
pertambangan pada saat ini.
Sebagai bentuk kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan
hukum dan penerapan tata kelola perusahaan
yang baik, Perseroan menghentikan sementara
kegiatan operasi pertambangan di seluruh
wilayah Izin Usaha Pertambangan Khusus
(IUPK) Perseroan hingga persetujuan resmi
diterbitkan. Langkah ini dilakukan untuk
memastikan seluruh kegiatan usaha berjalan
sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan
yang berlaku.
Perseroan meyakini keterlambatan ini tidak
akan mengganggu keberlanjutan operasional
secara keseluruhan dan berharap persetujuan
RKAB Tahun 2026 dapat diterbitkan dalam
waktu dekat. Perseroan tetap berkomitmen
menjaga stabilitas usaha, mematuhi hukum,
serta memberikan nilai tambah
berkesinambungan bagi pemegang saham,
sejalan dengan tujuan Perseroan untuk
mengelola sumber daya alam secara
bertanggung jawab dan berkelanjutan demi
kesejahteraan masyarakat dan lingkungan.
The Company hereby informs you that the
approval for the 2026 RKAB has not been
issued. This condition results in the Company
not being legally permitted yet to carry out
mining operational activities at this time.
As a form of compliance with legal requirements
and the implementation of good corporate
governance, the Company has temporarily
suspended mining operations in all areas of the
Company’s Special Mining Business Permit
(IUPK) until official approval is issued. This step
is taken to ensure that all business activities are
conducted in accordance with applicable laws
and regulations.
The Company believes that this delay will not
disrupt overall operational sustainability and
expects that the 2026 RKAB approval can be
issued in the near future. The Company remains

committed to maintaining business stability,
complying with the law, and delivering
continuous added value to shareholders, in line
with its purpose of managing natural resources
responsibly and sustainably for the well-being of
society and the environment.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau : Keterlambatan persetujuan RKAB berdampak
fakta material tersebut terhadap pada penundaan sementara kegiatan
kegiatan operasional, hukum, operasional Perseroan di seluruh wilayah IUPK
kondisi keuangan, atau Perseroan. Namun, kondisi ini tidak
kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau menimbulkan dampak material langsung
Perusahaan Publik / The impact of terhadap kondisi keuangan saat ini. Perseroan
such event, information or material berharap persetujuan RKAB Tahun 2026 dapat
facts towards operational activities, diterbitkan dalam waktu dekat dan Perseroan
legal, financial condition, or tetap berkomitmen untuk menjaga
business continuity of the Issuer or keberlanjutan usaha, keselamatan kerja, dan
Public Company stabilitas operasional.
The delay in the approval of the RKAB resulted
in the temporary suspension of the Company’s
operational activities in all IUPK areas.
However, this condition does not have a direct
material impact on the current financial
condition. The Company expects that the 2026
RKAB approval can be issued in the near future
and the Company continues committed to
maintain business continuity, workplace safety,
and operational stability.
