Adapun rincian peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan modal
disetor Perseroan Adalah sebagai berikut:
Semula:
83.559.636.344 (delapan puluh tiga miliar lima ratus lima
puluh sembilan juta enam ratus tiga puluh enam ribu tiga
ratus empat puluh empat) saham dengan nilai nominal
seluruhnya sebesar Rp19.051.597.086.432 (sembilan belas
triliun lima puluh satu miliar lima ratus sembilan puluh tujuh
juta delapan puluh enam ribu empat ratus tiga puluh dua
Rupiah).
Menjadi:
83.559.677.444 (delapan puluh tiga miliar lima ratus lima
puluh sembilan juta enam ratus tujuh puluh tujuh ribu empat
ratus empat puluh empat) saham dengan nilai nominal
seluruhnya sebesar Rp19.051.606.457.232 (sembilan belas
triliun lima puluh satu miliar enam ratus enam juta empat
ratus lima puluh tujuh ribu dua ratus tiga puluh dua Rupiah).
Peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan modal disetor tersebut
telah dinyatakan pada Akta No.122 tanggal 31 Desember
2025, yang dibuat di hadapan Notaris Ashoya Ratam S.H.,
MKn.

The details of the increase in the Company’s issued and
paid-up capital are as follows:

83,559,636,344 (eighty three billion five hundred fifty nine
million six hundred thirty six thousand three hundred forty
four) shares with total nominal value of
IDR19,051,597,086,432 (nineteen trillion fifty-one billion five
hundred ninety-seven million eighty-six thousand four
hundred thirty-two Rupiah Rupiah).
To:
83,559,677,444 (eighty three billion five hundred fifty nine
million six hundred seventy seven thousand four hundred
forty four) shares with total nominal value of
IDR19,051,606,457,232 (nineteen trillion fifty-one billion six

hundred thirty-two Rupiah).
The increase in the issued and paid-up capital has been set
forth in Deed No.122 dated 31 December 2025, drawn up
