Raya (EDR) pada PT IKI Karunia Indonesia (IKI).
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Penjualan seluruh saham yang dimiliki oleh EDR, selaku
entitas anak langsung Perseroan dengan kepemilikan 99,99%
(sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan sembilan persen)
saham oleh Perseroan, berupa 60% (enam puluh persen)
saham atau sejumlah 18.000 (delapan belas ribu) lembar
saham pada IKI, yang dilakukan bersamaan dengan penjualan
saham oleh pemegang saham minoritas IKI.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi dan persyaratan transaksi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan serta alasan transaksi sebagaimana diungkapkan di atas,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan berkeyakinan bahwa transaksi tersebut tidak
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau berdampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi
Perusahaan Publik keuangan, aspek hukum, maupun kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The sale of all shares held by EDR, as a direct subsidiary of

nine point ninety-nine percent) of the shares, consisting of
60% (sixty percent) of the shares or a total of 18,000 (eighteen
thousand) shares in IKI, which is conducted concurrently with
the sale of shares by the minority shareholder(s) of IKI.
