In order to comply with the provisions of Article 16 of
Financial Services Authority Regulation Number
9/POJK.04/2018 concerning the Takeover of Public
Companies, Bel S.A hereby submits the report on the results
of the Mandatory Tender Offer, as set forth in its letter dated
29 December 2025 regarding to the Mandatory Tender Offer
Result Report in connection with the takeover of PT Mulia
Boga Raya Tbk by Bel S.A, as attached to this information
disclosure report.
