Aktivitas transaksi meningkat menjadi sebanyak 766.300 saham dengan frekuensi 69 kali dibandingkan hari bursa sebelumnya sebanyak 87.300 saham dengan frekuensi 67 kali. 2. Harga ditutup meningkat sebesar Rp20 atau 0,624 dari harga penutupan sebelumnya pada Rp3.250 menjadi Rp3.270. 3. IHSG menurun sebesar -61,06 poin dan indeks sektoral (Industrials) meningkat sebesar 53,17 poin. Bersama ini kami sampaikan penjelasan sebagai berikut: Subject: Explanation on the Volatility of the Company's Securities Transactions With respect, In relation to the letter from PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. S-14558/BEI.PP3/12-2025 dated 24 December 2025 concerning the reguest for clarification on the volatility of securities transactions, whereby there was an increase in trading activity and the share price of the Company on 23 December 2025 as follows: 1. Trading activity increased to 766,300 shares with 69 transactions, compared to the previous trading day of 87,300 shares with 67 transactions. 2. The closing price increased by IDR 20 or 0.6256, from the previous closing price of IDR 3,250 to IDR 3,270. 3. The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) decreased by 61.06 points, while the sectoral index (Industrials) increased by 53.17 points. Jawaban Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa tidak terdapat informasi atau fakta material sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik yang diketahui Perseroan dan dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan maupun keputusan investasi pemodal. Perseroan menegaskan bahwa seluruh informasi material yang relevan telah disampaikan kepada publik sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, dan hingga saat ini tidak ada kejadian penting atau rencana aksi korporasi yang belum diungkapkan. 2. The Company affirms that all relevant material information has been disclosed to the public in accordance with the prevailing regulations, and up to this date there is no significant event or corporate action plan that has not been disclosed. . Jawaban Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa tidak terdapat informasi mengenai aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu yang diketahui Perseroan sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. Perseroan menegaskan bahwa setiap perubahan kepemilikan saham oleh pemegang saham tertentu merupakan kewajiban pelaporan langsung dari pemegang saham yang bersangkutan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hingga saat ini, Perseroan tidak menerima pemberitahuan adanya perubahan kepemilikan saham yang material dari pemegang saham tertentu. . Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Jawaban Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa tidak terdapat rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa, paling tidak dalam 3 (tiga) bulan mendatang. Answer The Company hereby states that there is no information regarding any activities of certain shareholders known to the Company as stipulated in the Financial Services — Authority Regulation — No. 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Reports on Ownership or Any Changes in Ownership of Shares of Public Companies. The Company affirms that any change in share ownership by certain shareholders is the direct reporting obligation of the respective shareholders to the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Up to this date, the Company has not received any notification of material changes in share ownership from certain shareholders. .Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including corporate actions that may affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange (at least within the next three months)? Answer The Company hereby states that there are no plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including corporate actions that may affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange, at least within the next three (3) months.

Perseroan menegaskan bahwa apabila di kemudian hari terdapat rencana aksi korporasi yang material, Perseroan akan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. . Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham pengendali dan utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan? Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham pengendali dan utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Jawaban Perseroan melalui Corporate Secretary telah melakukan konfirmasi kepada pemegang saham pengendali dan utama, dan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa tidak terdapat rencana terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan yang dapat mempengaruhi harga saham maupun keputusan investasi pemodal. Apabila di kemudian hari terdapat rencana atau perubahan kepemilikan saham yang material dari pemegang saham pengendali maupun utama, Perseroan akan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi sesuai dengan ketentuan — peraturan — perundang- undangan yang berlaku.
