      Tidak ada. Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
      dekat termasuk rencana yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.
      Fokus Perseroan adalah menjalankan kegiatan produksi serta merealisasikan pengembangan
      proyek tambang. / None. The Company does not have any corporate action plan, including any
      that might affect the Company’s share listing on the Stock Exchange in the near future.


 f.   Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan? / What
      are the main shareholders’ plans regarding their ownership of shares in the Company?

      Sampai dengan saat ini, pemegang saham utama berfokus pada pemberian dukungan kepada
      para anak perusahaannya, termasuk Perseroan, dalam menjalankan kegiatan utama
      Perseroan sehingga dapat mencapai target-target baik operasi maupun finansialnya. Adapun
      atas posisi kepemilikannya pada Perseroan, pemegang saham utama tidak berencana
      melakukan aksi korporasi seperti peningkatan atau pengurangan kepemilikan sahamnya
      dalam waktu dekat ini. / Up to now, the major shareholder is focused on providing support to
      their subsidiaries, including the Company, in carrying out the Company's main activities so that
      they can achieve both operational and financial targets. As for their ownership position in the
      Company, the major shareholder does not plan to take corporate actions such as increasing
      or reducing their share ownership in the near future.
