that on 10 December 2025, BUMA Australia has received a
judgment from the Queensland Supreme Court regarding a
dispute involving the Contract Mining Agreement between
BUMA Australia (the Plaintiff) and Queensland Power
Company Pty Ltd (the Defendants) (the Court Rules). For more
