A Kartini Kav. 8, Cilandak Barat Jakarta 12430 — Indonesia O 4622130432080 S 462213043 2081 & www-bumainternational.com BUMA | sehubungan dengan sengketa yang melibatkan Perjanjian Kontrak Penambangan antara BUMA Australia (“Penggugat”) dan Oueensland Power Company Pty Ltd (“Tergugat”) (“Putusan Pengadilan”). Putusan Pengadilan menegaskan hak BUMA Australia untuk menerima pembayaran terhadap sejumlah tagihan atas jasa penambangan, serta sejumlah rekonsiliasi akhir kontrak yang masih terhutang berdasarkan Perjanjian Kontrak Penambangan. BUMA Australia menyambut baik Putusan Pengadilan, dan menegaskan komitmennya untuk memberikan layanan jasa sesuai dengan kewajiban kontraktualnya. Putusan Pengadilan tersebut di atas masih tunduk kepada upaya banding (appeal) oleh Tergugat. Oleh karena itu, Perseroan dan BUMA Australia akan terus perkembangan terkait perkara ini secara cermat. memantau The Company has received information from BUMA Australia Pty Ltd (“BUMA Australia”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company through PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (“BUM2”), that on 10 December 2025, BUMA Australia has received ad judgment from the Oueensland Supreme Court regarding a dispute involving the Contract Mining Agreement between BUMA Australia (the “Plaintiff”) and Oueensland Power Company Pty Ltd (the “Defendants”) (the “Court Rules”). The Court Rules affirmed BUMA Australia's entitlement to receive payment for the outstanding invoices related to mining services, as well as ad number of final contract reconciliations that are still outstanding based on the Mining Contract Agreement. BUMA Australia welcomes the Court's decision and reaffirms its commitment to providing services in accordance with its contractual obligations. This Court Rules remains subject to an appeal by the Defendant. Therefore, the Company and BUMA Australia will continue to closely monitor the progress of this matter. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan The impact of these material events, information or facts towards the operational activities, legal, financial condition, or going concern of the Company Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Dari sisi kondisi keuangan, hasil Putusan Pengadilan tersebut diperkirakan akan tercermin pada laporan keuangan kuartal pertama tahun 2026, dengan tetap memperhatikan penyelesaian proses pasca Putusan Pengadilan. From financial perspective, the outcomes of the Court Rules is expected to be reflected in the first guarter of 2026 financial statements, subject to the completion of post- Court Rules processes.
