PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk
as the Controlling Shareholder and the
Government of East Java Province as the
Ultimate Shareholder of PT Bank Pembangunan
Daerah Lampung through a capital participation
transaction amounting to IDR
100,000,000,000.00 (one hundred  billion
rupiah), including share premium. The details
are IDR 25,376,840,000 (twenty-five billion
