                                                       Bahwa berdasarkan ketentuan Pasal 14 ayat (29) huruf c Anggaran
                                                       Dasar Perseroan jo. Pasal 43D Undang -Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003
                                                       tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara sebagaimana terakhir diubah
                                                       dengan Undang -Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2025 tentang Perubahan
                                                       Keempat atas Undang -Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan
                                                       Usaha Milik Negara (“UU BUMN”), terdapat ketentuan bahwa anggota
                                                       Dewan Komisaris BUMN dilarang merangkap jabatan tertentu, salah
                                                       satunya sebagai anggota Dewan Komisaris pada BUMN lain .

                                                       Pursuant to the provisions of Article 14 paragraph (8) of the Articles of
                                                       Association of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (“ ANTAM”/the ”Company ”), on
                                                       December 22, 2025 the Company has received a Letter of Notification
                                                       of the end of the Term of Office of Mr. M. Rudy Salahuddin Ramto as
                                                       Commissioner of the Company , in connection with his appointment
                                                       as Deputy President Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk .

                                                       Based on the provisions of Article 14 paragraph (29) letter c of the
                                                       Company's Articles of Association in conjunction with Article 43D of
                                                       Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning State -Owned Enterprises , as last
                                                       amended by Law Number 16 of 2025 concerning the Fourth
                                                       Amendment to Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning State             -Owned
                                                       Enterprises (“ SOE Law ”), there is a provision that members of the
                                                       Board of Commissioners of a SOE are prohibited from holding
                                                       concurrent positions, one of which is as a member of the Board of
                                                       Commissione rs of another SOE.
