Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam rangka peningkatan modal kerja SPRL, BPD telah
melakukan penambahan modal sebesar SGD 755,010 (Tujuh
Ratus Lima Puluh Lima Ribu Sepuluh Singapore Dollars) atau
ekuivalen sebesar Rp. 9,132,321,606,- (Sembilan Miliar
Seratus Tiga Puluh Dua Juta Tiga Ratus Dua Puluh Satu Ribu
Enam Ratus Enam Rupiah) atau sekitar 0,55% dari total
ekuitas konsolidasian Perseroan per audit tanggal 31
Desember 2023. Transaksi ini bukanlah merupakan transaksi
material sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan NO.17/POJK.04/2020.
