material fact regarding the implementation of the replacement of the Custodian Bank of DIRE SIMAS PLAZA
INDONESIA and the changes to the Collective Investment Contract and Prospectus of DIRE SIMAS PLAZA
INDONESIA, which states that the replacement of the Custodian Bank of DIRE SIMAS PLAZA INDONESIA from
"PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk" to "PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" is effective as of January 2, 2026.
