Ld ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCREASE WITHOUT PROVIDING PRE-EMPTIVE RIGHTS PT IMPACK PRATAMA INDUSTRI TBK (the “COMPANY”) Referring to the provisions of Article 43B paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019 concerning Amendments to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Capital Increases with Pre-Emptive Rights for Public Companies (“POJK No. 14/2019”), it is hereby announced that the Company has implemented the Capital Increase Without Pre-Emptive Rights (“PMTHMETD”) with the following details: The Implementation Date of the : 15 September 2025 PMTHMETD The listing date of new shares on : 16 September 2025 the Indonesian Stock Exchange The number of new shares issued : 38,500,000 (thirty-eight million five hundred in PMTHMETD thousand) shares with nominal value of IDR 10,- (ten Rupiah) per share. The Subscription price of the : IDR2.600,- (two thousand six hundred PMTHMETD Rupiah) per share. The Subscriber in the PMTHMETD 1 Kaddara Investments Ptte. 100.100.000.000 38.500.000 Ltd Total 100.100.000.000 38.500.000 Plan of Use of Proceeds from : The funds received by the Company after PMTHMETD deducting costs related to PMTHMETD will be used for the Company's working capital. Prior to the implementation of the PMTHMETD, the Company's issued and paid-up capital amounted to 54,868,500,000 shares, and following the implementation of the PMTHMETD, the Company's issued and paid-up capital increased to 54,907.000,000 shares. g PENGUMUMAN HASIL PELAKSANAAN PENAMBAHAN MODAL TANPA HAK MEMESAN EFEK TERLEBIH DAHULU PT IMPACK PRATAMA INDUSTRI TBK (“PERSEROAN”) Merujuk pada Ketentuan Pasal 43B ayat (1) dan (2) Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 14/POJK.04/2019 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 32/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penambahan Modal Perusahaan Terbuka Dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (“POJK No. 14/2019”), dengan ini diumumkan Perseroan telah melaksanakan Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (“PMTHMETD”) sebagai berikut: Tanggal Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD : 15 September 2025 Tanggal Pencatatan Saham Baru di : 16 September 2025 Bursa Efek Indonesia Total Jumlah Saham Tambahan 2 38.500.000 (tiga puluh delapan juta lima ratus ribu) lembar dengan nilai nominal Rp 10,- (sepuluh Rupiah) per lembar saham. Harga Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD : Rp2.600,- (dua ribu enam ratus Rupiah) per lembar saham. Pihak yang Melakukan Penyetoran Kaddara Investments Pte. 100.100.000.000 38.500.000 Ltd Total 100.100.000.000 38.500.000 Rencana Penggunaan Dana : Dana yang diterima Perseroan, setelah PMTHMETD dikurangi biaya-biaya terkait PMTHMETD, akan digunakan untuk modal kerja Perseroan. Sebelum pelaksanaan PMTHMETD, modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan adalah sebanyak 54.868.500.000 lembar saham dan setelah pelaksanaan PMTHMETD, modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan meningkat menjadi 54.907.000.000 lembar saham.
