Description of the Material : On December 18, 2025, the Company has Information or Fact completed subscription of 3,312,632 new shares of JML (“Transaction”), a company established under the laws of Western Australia, with a transaction value of Rp346.936.545.540 or eguivalent to AUD31,470,004. The execution of the Transaction constitutes part of the completion Company's proposed acguisition in JML, accordingly, as of 18 December 2025, the Company will hold 5,734,770 shares of JML, representing 64.98”.
