Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak signifikan atas penambahan setoran
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan modal pada Anak Perseroan, serta tidak mengakibatkan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, perubahan persentase kepemilikan saham Perseroan atas
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau VKTS dan tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional,
Perusahaan Publik kondisi hukum, kondisi keuangan, maupun kelangsungan
usaha Perseroan.
Transaksi penambahan penyertaan modal Perseroan pada
VKTS dilakukan dalam rangka mempertahankan persentase
kepemilikan Perseroan dan telah memenuhi kriteria
pengecualian sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 6 ayat (1) huruf
f POJK No. 42/2020. Oleh karena itu, transaksi tersebut tidak
termasuk sebagai Transaksi Afiliasi yang wajib memenuhi
prosedur pengungkapan dan persetujuan sebagaimana diatur
dalam POJK No. 42/2020.

Impact of event, material information or There is no significant impact arising from the additional capital
facts towards Issuers or Public contribution to the Subsidiary, and it does not result in any
Company’s operational activities, legal, change in the Companys percentage of share ownership in
financial condition, or going concern VKTS, nor does it have any impact on the Companys
operational activities, legal condition, financial condition, or
business continuity.
The capital injection transaction undertaken by the Company
in VKTS is carried out for the purpose of maintaining the
Companys ownership percentage and meets the exemption
criteria as stipulated in Article 6 paragraph (1) letter f of POJK
No. 42/2020. Accordingly, the transaction does not constitute
an Affiliated Transaction that is required to comply with the
disclosure and approval procedures as regulated under POJK
No. 42/2020.
