VKTR Tanggal Kejadian Date of Event 17 Desember 2025 7 December 2025 Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Type of Information or Material Fact Penambahan Penyertaan Modal Anak Perusahaan Adoitional Capital Contribution to a Subsidiary Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material information or Facts Berdasarkan keputusan sirkular pemegang saham sebagai Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (“RUPSLB") PT VKTR Sakti Industries (“VKTS") dengan Akta Notaris Nomor 09 tanggal 16 Desember 2025 dibuat di hadapan Notaris Hiasinta Yanti Susanti Tan, Sarjana Hukum, Magister Hukum, Notaris di Kota Magelang dan akta tersebut telah mendapat pengesahan badan hukum berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU-0083349.AH.01.02. Tahun 2025 tanggal 17 Desember 2025 dan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan telah tercatat pada Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dalam Daftar Perseroan dengan Nomor AHU-0285574.AH.01.11.Tahun 2025 Tanggal 17 Desember 2025, maka dengan ini Perseroan melakukan penambahan penyertaan modal pemegang saham VKTS tanpa merubah persentase kepemilikan saham dari masing-masing pemegang saham. Year 2025 dated 17 December 2025, and whose Articles of Association have been duly recorded in the Company Register at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under No. AHU- 0285574.AH.O1.11. There is no significant impact arising from the adaltional capital contribution to the Subsidiary, and it does not result in any change in the Company'S percentage of Share ownership in VKTS, nor does it have any Impact on the Company operational acrivitles, legal condition, financial condition, or business continuity.

LS VKTR 5. | Keterangan Lain-lain Others Transaksi penambahan penyertaan modal Perseroan pada VKTS dilakukan dalam rangka mempertahankan persentase kepemilikan Perseroan dan telah memenuhi kriteria pengecualian sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 6 ayat (1) huruf f POJK No. 42/2020. Oleh karena itu, transaksi tersebut tidak termasuk sebagai Transaksi Mfiliasi yang wajib memenuhi prosedur pengungkapan dan persetujuan sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK No. 42/2020. The capital injection transaction undertaken by the Company in VKTS is carried out for the purpose of maintaining the Company's ownership percentage and meets the exemption criteria as stipulated in Article 6 paragraph (1! letter of POJK No. 42/2020. Accordingly, the transaction does not constitute an Affilated Transaction that Is reguired to compiy with the disclosure and approval procedures as regulated under POJK No. 42/2020.
