persetujuan pemegang saham independen dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham sebagaimana diatur di dalam POJK 42 Tahun 2020.

This afiliated transaction does not constitute a Confiict of Interest as
defined under POJK 42/2020 and therefore does not reguire any approval
from independent shareholders in a General Meeting of Shareholders as

regulated in POJK 42/2020.
