1. Menyetujui atas pengesampingan (waiver) kewajiban pembayaran penyimpanan uang tunai sebesar 1 (satu) kali
bunga Obligasi sampai dengan Tanggal Jatuh Tempo yaitu pada tanggal 24 Mei 2027, sehubungan dengan penurunan
peringkat (rating) Obligasi II Adhi Commuter Properti Tahun 2022 dari idBBB menjadi idBBB-; 2. Menyetujui atas
penambahan ketentuan terkait kewajiban Perseroan untuk menyampaikan laporan kinerja keuangan bulanan dan
laporan kegiatan operasional termasuk progres penjualan lahan precast di Sentul sebagai salah satu opsi dalam upaya
pemenuhan kewajiban jatuh tempo Obligasi II Adhi Commuter Properti Tahun 2022;

1. Approving the waiver of the obligation to pay cash deposits amounting to 1 (one) times the interest on the Bonds
until the Maturity Date, which is May 24, 2027, in connection with the downgrade of the rating of Adhi Commuter
Properti Bond II 2022 from idBBB to idBBB-; 2. Approving the addition of provisions related to the Company's
obligation to submit monthly financial performance reports and operational activity reports, including the progress of
precast land sales in Sentul, as one of the options in an effort to fulfill the maturity obligations of the 2022 Adhi
Commuter Properti II Bonds;
