Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) menjadi
Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA)
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa Perubahan tersebut diperlukan dikarenakan adanya
salah satu pemegang saham Perseroan yaitu PT Apollo
Visintama Putra yang merupakan perusahaan permodalan
modal asing telah masuk ke dalam struktur permodalan utama
perseroan melalui pembelian saham dari pemegang saham
lama atas nama Limiwaty Lie yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek
Indonesia dengan kepemilikan saham setara dengan 19,37%
saham, dimana transaksi dilakukan pada pasar negosiasi (free
of payment) pada tanggal 05 Juni 2024, sehingga sesuai
rekomendasi dari Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal
(BKPM) untuk kesesuaian data Perseroan pada sistem
Administrasi Badan Hukum Umum Kementerian Hukum
Republik Indonesia dan sistem Online Single Submission
(OSS) Kementerian Investasi/Badan Koordinasi Penanaman
Modal, maka Perseroan wajib menyesuaikan jenis perseroan
dari yang sebelumnya Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Dalam
Negeri (PMDN) menjadi Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing
(PMA).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi perubahan jenis perseroan atau fakta material ini
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tidak berdampak material terhadap kelangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

The amendment to the status of the Company from a
Type of Material Information or Facts Domestic Investment Company (PMDN) to a Foreign
Investment Company (PMA)
Description of Material Information or That amendment is required due to the entry of one of the
Facts Shareholders of the Company, PT Apollo Visintama Putra
which is a foreign investment company into the primary capital
structure of the Company through the acquisition of shares
from the previous shareholder, Limiwaty Lie, who is registered
with the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a shareholding
equivalent to 19.37%. The transaction was conducted in the
negotiated market (free of payment) on 5 June 2024.
Therefore, in accordance with the recommendation of the
Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) to ensure the
alignment of the data of the Company within the Ministry of
Law and Human Rights General Legal Administration System
and the Online Single Submission (OSS) system of the
Ministry of Investment/Investment Coordinating Board, the
Company is required to adjust its classification from a
Domestic Investment Company (PMDN) to a Foreign
Investment Company (PMA).
Impact of event, material information or The change in the classification of the Company or this
facts towards Issuers or Public material fact does not have a material impact on the business
Company’s operational activities, legal, continuity of the Company
financial condition, or going concern
