2. Perseroan telah menerima keputusan dari Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan (OJK) melalui surat nomor SR-513/PB.
02/2025 tanggal 10 Desember 2025 perihal Penilaian
Kemampuan dan Kepatutan atas Pengangkatan Pengurus PT
Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk yang menerangkan bahwa OJK
menyetujui pengangkatan:
- Firman Nugraha sebagai Direktur Treasury &
International Banking;
- Arief Adhi Sanjaya sebagai Direktur Compliance &
Human Capital;
- Mochamad Agus Rofiudin sebagai Komisaris;
- Kamaruddin Amin sebagai Komisaris;
- Nizar Ahmad Saputra sebagai Komisaris Independen.
3. Terhadap keputusan OJK tersebut diatas dan
berdasarkan laporan kepada Departemen Perbankan Syariah
OJK, dapat kami informasikan bahwa yang bersangkutan
efektif menjabat per tanggal 12 Desember 2025.

Description of Material Information or 1. Results of the AGMS dated May 16, 2025 regarding
Facts Approval of Changes to the Company's Management
Commissioner.
2. The Company has received a decision from the
Financial Services Authority (OJK) through letter number SR-
513/PB.02/2025 dated December 10, 2025, regarding the Fit
and Proper Assessment for the Appointment of the Board of
PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, which states that OJK
approves the appointment of:
- Firman Nugraha as Director of Treasury &
International Banking;
- Arief Adhi Sanjaya as Director of Compliance &
Human Capital;
- Mochamad Agus Rofiudin as Commissioner;
- Kamaruddin Amin as Commissioner;
- Nizar Ahmad Saputra as Independent Commissioner.
3. Regarding the OJK decision above and based on the
report to the OJK Sharia Banking Department, we can inform
you that the person concerned will effectively serve as of
