Pengesahan atas pengunduran diri Anggota Direksi terkait akan dilakukan pada saat Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa terdekat yang akan dilaksanakan oleh perseroan. On December 11, 2025, The Company received resignation letters from Mr. Andika Sutoro Putra as Vice President Director, Mrs. Kathrine Paulina as Director, and Mrs. Mandy as Director. Ratification of the resignation of Members of the Board of Directors will be carried out at the nearest Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held by the Company.
