Laporan berikut merupakan laporan pelaksanaan Paparan Publik 2025, dimana pada acara tersebut
Perseroan diwakili oleh jajaran Direksi dan dipandu oleh moderator yang berasal dari internal
Perseroan.

disampaikan pada Rencana Penyelenggaraan Paparan Publik tanggal 26 November 2025.
Terlampir kami sampaikan pula daftar kehadiran yang mengikuti acara Paparan Publik tersebut.

III. Susunan Acara
Adapun susunan dan jalannya acara adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Moderator membuka sesi Paparan Publik pada pukul 15.00 WIB dengan menjelaskan tata tertib
Paparan Publik, memperkenalkan Pembicara dari Manajemen Perseroan yang hadir, dan
selanjutnya memberikan paparan singkat mengenai gambaran umum Perseroan.
2. Wakil Direktur Utama, Ibu Imelda Harsono, melanjutkan paparan dengan memberikan
informasi terkait Kinerja Keuangan terkini Perseroan selama sembilan bulan pertama tahun
2025.
3. Wakil Direktur Utama, Bapak Sigit Purwanto melanjutkan presentasi dengan memberikan
pemaparan mengenai Kinerja Operasional dan Strategi Perseroan ke depannya
4. Tanya jawab dipandu oleh Moderator dari Perseroan dengan membacakan pertanyaan baik
dari peserta yang hadir melalui fasilitas Q&A pada aplikasi Google Meeting yang kemudian
dijawab oleh Manajemen Perseroan terkait secara langsung.
5. Acara berakhir pada pukul 15.30 WIB.

IV. Ringkasan Sesi Tanya Jawab
Berikut adalah pertanyaan yang diajukan peserta dan jawaban yang diberikan Manajemen
Perseroan dalam Paparan Publik ini yang dirangkum dari pertanyaan yang disampaikan melalui
fasilitas Q&A pada aplikasi Google Meeting.

1. Andri S – Masyarakat Umum
Pertanyaan: Bagaimana dampak dari beroperasinya dua pabrik baru di Batam ini terhadap
kinerja Perusahaan?
Jawaban: Penambahan dua pabrik baru di Batam ini merupakan langkah strategis perusahaan
untuk meningkatkan kemampuan produksi, memperkuat rantai pasok, serta mendukung
pertumbuhan industri nasional. Kehadiran fasilitas baru ini juga diharapkan mampu
meningkatkan fleksibilitas layanan dan memenuhi permintaan pasar yang terus berkembang
di Batam dan sekitarnya. Kami optimis bahwa hal ini akan memberikan dampak positif bagi
pendapatan perusahaan di tahun 2026.

2. Jerry D – Masyarakat Umum
Pertanyaan:
Bagaimana pandangan manajemen terhadap pertumbuhan permintaan gas industri dalam 1–
3 tahun ke depan?
Jawaban:
Menurut analisa dari Business Research Insight, CAGR untuk pasar gas industri global
diperkirakan sekitar 6–7% per tahun sampai dengan tahun 2033. Wilayah Asia-Pasifik,
termasuk negara-negara berkembang diperkirakan akan mendominasi pertumbuhan pasar gas
industri, seiring dengan percepatan industrialisasi dan ekspansi sektor manufaktur di kawasan
ini.

Selain penggunaan oksigen di sektor medis, kami melihat akan ada pertumbuhan permintaan
gas industri di sektor lain seperti photovoltaic, baterai, electric vehicles, oil & gas,
oleochemical, food & beverages, yang akan banyak menggunakan produk gas industri seperti
nitrogen, karbon dioksida, argon dan mixed gas untuk proses produksinya.

3. Maria Febriastri – Investor
Pertanyaan:
Bagaimana proyeksi CAPEX untuk tahun 2026, alokasinya apa saja serta bagaimana rencana
pendanaannya?
Jawaban:
CAPEX Perseroan di tahun 2026 diproyeksikan di sekitar 350 miliar, 50% lebih rendah
dibandingkan CAPEX level Perseroan selama 2 tahun terakhir. Capex tersebut dialokasikan
untuk investment regular terkait fasilitas pemasaran seperti tangki, isotank, botol;
penambahan fasilitas filling station di lokasi eksisting; serta maintenance rutin.

Rencana pendanaan akan menggunakan kas internal Perusahaan serta fasilitas syndicated loan
yang sudah dimiliki oleh Perseroan. Belum ada rencana untuk mengambil fasilitas pinjaman
baru atau penerbitan surat utang baru.

MEETING REPORT ON ANNUAL PUBLIC EXPOSE 2025
PT SAMATOR INDO GAS TBK (IDX: AGII)

Annual Public Expose of PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (the ”Company”) has been successfully held on:

Time : 03.00 PM – 03.30 PM Western Indonesian Time
Location and : Elektronic/Online via Google Meeting Application, with the procedures
Event Format as regulated in the Circular Letter of the Indonesian Stock Exchange
Number SE-00003/BEI/05- 2020 regarding Procedures for
Implementing Public Expose Electronically.

The following is a report on the implementation of the Company’s Annual Public Expose, where at the
event the Company was represented by the Board of Directors of the Company and guided by a
moderator from within the Company.

Annual Public Expose was attended by 25 registered participants that attended electronically
(online) via Google Meeting Application, for which the Google Meeting registration link was
previously provided in the Announcement of Annual Public Expose Planning on 26 November 2025.
We also attach the list of attendees who attended the Annual Public Exposure event.

III. Brief Rundown of the Event
The rundown of the Company’s Annual Public Expose is as followings:
1. The moderator opened the Public Expose session at 03.00 PM Western Indonesian Time, by
explaining the rules and regulation of Annual Public Expose, introducing the speakers from the
Company's Management, and followed with a brief overview of the Company.
2. The Company’s Vice President Director, Ms. Imelda Harsono, continued the presentation by
providing information related to the Company's latest financial performance for the first nine
months of 2025.
3. Vice President Director, Mr. Sigit Purwanto, continued the presentation by explaining the
operational performance and future strategies of the Company.
4. The Q&A session was led by the moderator, who read out the questions from attendees
through the Q&A feature on the Google Meeting application, which were answered directly by
the Company's respective management team.
5. The event concluded at 03.30 PM Western Indonesia Time.

IV. Summary of the Q&A Session
The following are the questions asked by participants and the answers given by the Company's
respective management in this Annual Public Expose, which are summarized from questions
submitted via the Q&A facility on the Google Meeting application :

1. Andri S – Public
Question: How will the commissioning of two new factories in Batam impact the Company's
performance?
Answer: The addition of two new factories in Batam is a strategic move by the company to
increase production capacity, strengthen the supply chain, and support national industrial
growth. The presence of these new facilities is also expected to increase service flexibility and
meet the growing market demand in Batam and its surrounding areas. We are optimistic that
this will have a positive impact on the company's revenue in 2026.

2. Jerry D – Public
Question:
What is management's view on the growth of industrial gas demand over the next 1–3 years?
Answer:
According to analysis from Business Research Insight, the CAGR for the global industrial gas
market is estimated to be around 6–7% per year until 2033. The Asia-Pacific region, including
developing countries, is expected to dominate the growth of the industrial gas market, in line
with the acceleration of industrialization and expansion of the manufacturing sector in this
region.

In addition to the use of oxygen in the medical sector, we see growth in industrial gas demand
in other sectors such as photovoltaics, batteries, electric vehicles, oil & gas, oleochemicals,
food & beverages, which will use industrial gas products such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide,
argon and mixed gases for their production processes.

3. Maria Febriastri – Investor
Question:
What is the CAPEX projection for 2026, how are they going to be allocated, and what is the
funding plan?
Answer:
The Company's CAPEX in 2026 is projected to be around 350 billion, 50% lower than the
Company's CAPEX level over the last 2 years. This CAPEX will be allocated for regular
investments related to marketing facilities such as tanks, isotanks, and bottles; the addition of
filling station facilities at existing locations; and routine maintenance.

The funding plan will use the Company's internal cash and syndicated loan facilities already
owned by the Company. There are no plans to take out new loan facilities or issue new debt
securities.
