Previously, the controlling shareholders were Mr. Bambang Hartono and Mr. Robert Budi Hartono, now, the sole controlling shareholder is Mr. Robert Budi Hartono. Mr. Robert Budi Hartono's percentage of share ownership in PT DIA remains unchanged at 5146 of PT DIA's issued and paid-in capital. Conseguently, the Company's Ultimate Controlling Shareholder is Mr. Robert Budi Hartono. With regard to the change in the controlling shareholder of PT DIA, who is also the Company's Ultimate Controlling Shareholder, on 30 July 2026, the Company received OJK Letter No. SR-21/PB.333/2026 dated 29 July 2026, regarding the Ultimate Ownership Structure of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“OJK Letter”), which essentially informs the Company that the change in the Company's ultimate ownership structure has been recorded in the OJK's supervisory records, whereby Mr. Robert Budi Hartono is the Ultimate Controlling Shareholder (PSPT) of the Company.
