PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (“UNVR”) pada tanggal 4 Desember
2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai dengan keputusan Direksi
yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 04 Desember 2025, UNVR menyampaikan rencana
pembagian Dividen Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2025 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

entitlement.

X : Harga Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian dividen ex-date.

Mohon menjadi perhatian bahwa penyesuaian mungkin tidak akan dilakukan apabila berdasarkan
kebijaksanaan Penerbit dan tanpa batasan, dan tanpa kewajiban apa pun kepada para Pemegang
Waran Terstruktur, tidak adanya penyesuaian dianggap tepat oleh Penerbit.

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
UNVRDRCG6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (“UNVR”) dated 4th December 2025,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend accordance with the Board of Directors' decision approved
by the Board of Commissioners on the date 04 December 2025, has resolved, UNVR had a plan for the
distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2025, which will be paid as follows:

P : Closing Price of the Underlying share on the last market day on which the underlying share
is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
D : the dividend entitlement per 1 (one) underlying share held.
X : the existing price immediately prior to dividend entitlement.
E : the existing exercise ratio immediately prior to the dividend entitlement.
Kindly be noted that the adjustment might not be made if based on Issuer’s sole discretion and without
limitation, and without any obligation to Structured Warrant Holders, the Issuer deems no adjustment is
appropriate.
