Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan berbagai pemberitaan media mengenai deportasi
Bapak An Shaohong, perusahaan kami secara aktif
melakukan verifikasi kebenaran berita tersebut dan
memastikan apakah berita tersebut terkait dengan Bapak An
Shaohong, yakni pengendali baru yang ditunjuk sebagai
Komisaris Utama PT. Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk.
Dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perusahaan saat ini
sedang melakukan verifikasi kebenaran berita tersebut.
Mengenai keterlibatan Bapak An Shaohong dalam kasus atau
perkara apa pun di Republik Indonesia maupun Republik
Rakyat Tiongkok, perusahaan tidak mengetahui dan tidak
berpartisipasi dalam perkara tersebut. Perusahaan juga
menyatakan bahwa meskipun berita tersebut benar, insiden
yang melibatkan Bapak An Shaohong tidak akan berdampak
apa pun terhadap operasional, hasil operasional, maupun
kelangsungan usaha perusahaan. Operasional perusahaan
akan tetap berjalan seperti biasa.
Lebih lanjut, jika berita tersebut benar, perusahaan telah
memutuskan untuk segera memproses penggantian Komisaris
Utama sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang
berlaku dan anggaran dasar perusahaan. Jika terdapat
perkembangan signifikan, perusahaan akan merilis informasi
lebih lanjut melalui keterbukaan informasi.
Demikian kami sampaikan sebagai bentuk komitmen
perusahaan terhadap transparansi kepada seluruh pemegang
saham dan pemangku kepentingan.

atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau akan tetap berjalan dalam kondisi normal. Seluruh kegiatan
Perusahaan Publik usaha yang sedang berjalan, dan kewajiban Perseroan
kepada pelanggan serta pemegang saham tetap berlangsung
tanpa gangguan.

Referring to the request for clarification from the Indonesia
Type of Material Information or Facts Stock Exchange through letter number S-13817/BEI.PP2/12-
2025 dated December 5, 2025, regarding the Request for
Explanation Regarding News in the Mass Media
Description of Material Information or Based on various media reports regarding the deportation of
Facts Mr. An Shaohong, our company is actively verifying the truth of
the news and ascertaining whether it relates to Mr. An
Shaohong, the newly appointed President Commissioner of
PT. Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk.
We hereby inform you that the company is currently verifying
the truth of this news. Regarding Mr. An Shaohong's
involvement in any cases or proceedings in the Republic of
Indonesia or the People's Republic of China, the company is
not aware of and has not participated in any of these cases.
The company also states that even if the news is true, the
incident involving Mr. An Shaohong will not have any impact
on the company's operations, operating results, or business
continuity. The company's operations will continue as usual.
Furthermore, if the news is true, the company has decided to
immediately process the replacement of the President
Commissioner in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations and the company's articles of association. If
significant developments occur, the company will release
further information through an information disclosure.
