dari Fasilitas Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) menjadi
Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN).
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa Perubahan jenis Perseroan tersebut dikarenakan untuk
menyelaraskan data jenis Perseroan yang tercatat dalam
sistem Administrasi Hukum Umum (AHU) dengan data yang
tercatat dalam sistem Online Single Submission (OSS),
Sehubungan dengan telah terjadinya perubahan Pengendali
Perseroan yang merupakan Perusahaan Pemodalan Dalam
Negeri. Perubahan tersebut telah mendapatkan persetujuan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) sebagaimana
tercantum dalam Akta No 104 tanggal 30 Juni 2026 yang
dibuat dihadapan Notaris Rudy Siswanto, SH, Notaris di
Jakarta Utara, dan selanjutnya telah dilakukan perubahan
pada sistem OSS pada tanggal 31 Juli 2026, sehingga status
Perseroan saat ini tercatat sebagai perusahaan dengan status
Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material

Type of Material Information or Facts Company's Classification from a Foreign Investment (PMA)
Facility to a Domestic Investment (PMDN) Facility.
Description of Material Information or The change in the Company's classification was carried out in

General Legal Administration (AHU) system with the data
recorded in the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, in
connection with the change in the Company's Controlling
Shareholder, which is now a domestic investment company.
Such change has obtained the approval of the General
Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) as set out in Deed No. 104
dated June 30, 2026, made before Notary Rudy Siswanto, SH,
Notary in North Jakarta, and has subsequently been updated
in the OSS system on July 31, 2026, such that the Company's
status is now recorded as a company with Domestic
Investment (PMDN) status.
