                      Improving the Employee Well -Being Program,
                           ANTAM Launched Daycare Facility


Jakarta, December 4, 2025 – PT ANTAM Tbk (ANTM) or ANTAM officially launched Daycare
facilities at the H ead Office, Jakarta . Director of Human Resources ANTAM, Ratih
Dewihandajani, said that the Daycare facility is part of a commitment to strengthen the
implementation of the Employee Well -being Policy (EWP) to improve employee work
comfort. This initiative is a strategic step in supporting the balance between job demands
and the needs of employees' families, to create a balanced work climate.

"The provision of Daycare is part of ANTAM's commitment         to fulfilling employee
welfare aspects in accordance with the Employee Well    -being Policy. ANTAM ensures
that Daycare services are managed professionally     to provide comfort and ease of
mind at work , so employees who entrust their beloved sons and daughters to the
Daycare facility ,” said Ratih .

ANTAM's Daycare is equipped with an age           -appropriate learning curriculum, trained
educators, and an application -based monitoring system that allows parents to access
children's daily activities in real -time. The presence of this technology creates service
transparency in the service and provides a sense of security for employees.

“To ensure that the Daycare is managed properly , the Company will conduct regular
monitoring and evaluation," added Ratih .

By providing this facility, ANTAM affirms the Company's commitment to meeting employee
welfare standards as part of efforts to strengthen human resource    management while
supporting the sustainability of the Company's operations.
