Execution of Meeting

Bond Holders General Meeting was attend by 396.294.353.294 that represented 86,6% (Quorum)

Result of Meeting

The result of the meeting is elaborated as follows :

I. Approved the waiver of fulfillment of financial obligations (financial ratios) in accordance with the provisions of
Article 6 paragraph 6.3 number 8) of the Trustee Agreement for the Mandatory Convertible Bonds of Waskita Beton
Precast I Year 2023, Deed No. 15, dated March 9, 2023, drawn up before Dewantari Handayani, S.H., M.PA., Notary
in Jakarta, with the following amendments:
a. Current Ratio of at least 1.0x,
b. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) of at most 2.5x,
c. Debt Service Coverage (DSC) of at least 100%,
for the audited Annual Consolidated Financial Statements of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk as of December 31,
2025, and December 31, 2026.
II. In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 paragraph 8 of the Trustee Agreement of the Mandatory
Convertible Bonds of Waskita Beton Precast I Year 2023, Deed No. 15, dated March 9, 2023, made before
Dewantari Handayani, S.H., M.PA., Notary in Jakarta, including the amendments, all costs for holding the General
Meeting of Holders of the Mandatory Convertible Bonds of Waskita Beton Precast I Year 2023, including the costs of
announcing the GMB, summoning the GMB, Notary, and other costs related to the implementation and
implementation of the decisions of the GMB dated December 2, 2025, shall be borne by PT Waskita Beton Precast
Tbk as the Issuer.
