Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Peristiwa Tanah Longsor di Area Proyek PLTA Pakkat
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa sekitar pukul 14.30 WIB, telah terjadi peristiwa tanah
longsor di area proyek PLTA Pakkat yang berlamat di
Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan, Kecamatan Pakkat,
Sumatra Utara.
Tidak ada korban jiwa maupun luka dalam peristiwa ini.
Perseroan akan menyampaikan informasi tambahan apabila
terdapat perkembangan material terkait hasil investigasi dan
analisis atas peristiwa ini.

Saat ini, Perseroan bersama pihak-pihak terkait masih
melakukan investigasi dan analisis lebih lanjut untuk
mengetahui sejauh mana dampak peristiwa ini terhadap
operasional PLTA Pakkat.
Hukum
Tidak ada dampak secara hukum.
Kondisi Keuangan Perseroan
Perseroan masih melakukan analisis lebih lanjut untuk
mengetahui dampak keuangan dari Peristiwa ini.
Namun dapat disampaikan bahwa Perseroan tidak akan
dikenakan denda oleh PLN karena hasil produksi PLTA Pakkat
sebelum terjadinya peristiwa, telah hampir mencapai 100%
dari ECE dan peristiwa yang terjadi juga merupakan force
majeure sebagaimana dalam PPA.
Disampaikan pula bahwa seluruh aset PLTA Pakkat telah di-
cover oleh asuransi termasuk Business Interruption.
Kelangsungan Usaha Perseroan
Perseroan optimis bahwa peristiwa ini tidak mengganggu
kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
PLTA Pakkat merupakan salah satu dari 4 proyek PLTA
Perseroan yang telah beroperasi secara komersil, dan proyek-
proyek Perseroan yang lainnya tetap beroperasi secara
normal.

Landslide Incident in the Pakkat Hydroelectric Power Plant
Type of Material Information or Facts Project Area
Description of Material Information or At approximately 2:30 PM WIB, a landslide occurred in the
Facts Pakkat Hydropower Plant (PLTA Pakkat) project area, located
in Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, North
Sumatra.
There were no fatalities or injuries resulting from this incident.
The Company will provide additional information should there
be any material developments related to the results of the
investigation and analysis of this event.

operations at PLTA Pakkat.
At present, the Company, together with the relevant parties, is
conducting further investigation and analysis to assess the
extent of the incidents impact on PLTA Pakkat operations.
Law
No impact.
Company Financial Condition
The Company is still conducting further analysis to determine
the financial impact of this Event.
However, it can be confirmed that the Company will not be
subject to penalties from PLN, as the production output of the
Pakkat Hydropower Plant prior to the Event had nearly
reached 100% of the ECE, and the Event is also categorized
as a force majeure under the PPA.
It is also conveyed that all assets of the Pakkat Hydropower
Plant are covered by insurance, including Business
Interruption coverage.
Company Business Continuity
The Company is optimistic that this Event will not disrupt the
Company business continuity.
The Pakkat Hydropower Plant is one of the Company four
hydropower projects that have commenced commercial
operations, and the Company other projects continue to
operate normally.
