Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“POJK”) Nomor 42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi
Benturan Kepentingan, dengan ini disampaikan bukti Iklan Keterbukaan Informasi kepada masyarakat
sehubungan dengan transaksi dimaksud yang telah dimuat pada situs web Perseroan (www.kdbtifa.co.id) dan
situs web PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) pada hari Rabu, tanggal 3 Desember 2025 (terlampir) / In
connection to the execution of the Affiliated Transaction for the Amendment ofthe Loan Agreement by and between
the Company and Korea Development Bank on 1 December 2025, and in reference to the provisions stipulated in
the Financial Services Authority Regulation (“POJK") Number 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions
and Conflict of Interest Transactions, we hereby submit the attached proof of the Information Disclosure
Advertisement fo the public concemning the said transaction, which was published on the Company's website
(www.kdbtifa.co.id) and the website of PT Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) on Wednesday, 3 December
2025.
