The sales of BUMI shares by Chengdong have caused the
percentage of voting rights held by CIC in BUMI (through its
indirect subsidiary as further elaborated in section 9 of this
report below) to reach 6.99% on 28 November 2025 through
the sale of 84,769,000 shares at an average price of 240.72
on that date.

Penjualan saham BUMI oleh Chengdong telah
menyebabkan persentase hak suara yang dimiliki oleh CIC
di BUMI (melalui anak perusahaan tidak langsungnya
sebagaimana dijelaskan lebih lanjut pada bagian 9 laporan
ini di bawah ini) mencapai 6,99% pada tanggal 28
November 2025 setelah penjualan 84.769.000 saham
dengan harga rata-rata 240,72 pada tanggal tersebut.

CIC owns 64.415% shares in CIC International Co., Ltd.
which further holds 100% shares in Chengdong.
Chengdong holds 25,989,764,030 shares in BUMI. / CIC
