a. Strategy dan Fokus Bisnis Perseroan

Saat ini Perseroan selain memperkuat bisnis eksisting juga akan fokus pada penguatan bisnis
unit teknikal terutama menggarap proyek sambungan Internet Rakyat (IRA) mulai dari kegiatan
instalasi, distribusi dan juga pemeliharaan serta dukungan teknis dan layanan pelanggan (Call
Center)

Diharapkan dari proyek ini dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan Iini bisnis technical services yang
diperoleh dari 5 Juta Homepass di 2026 untuk kegiatan Installasi dan penjualan, Pemeliharaan
berkelanjutan (Manage Services) dan Call Center.

b. Rencana dan Timelines Pengambilalihan Perseroan

» Rencana Pengambilalihan 1.687.455.000 saham Perseroan (53,57 dari modal disetor)
dari Koperasi Pegawai PT Indosat (Kopindosat) kepada PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk
(INET) (Pengambilalihan) bertujuan untuk membuka peluang sinergi dengan strategic
partnerdalam menggarap pasar jasa outsourcing di bidang telekomunikasi dan Digital atau
Internet, sehingga diharapkan dapat mengakselerasi pertumbuhan dan ekspansi bisnis
Perseroan di masa mendatang semakin tumbuh dan berkembang.

" Rencana Timeline Pengambilalihan.
Proses pengambilalihan hingga saat ini masih dalam tahap diskusi dan akan diumumkan
pada waktunya. Perseroan memastikan bahwa setiap langkah dan proses akan

« Mencoba mendistribusikan, memelihara dan melakukan Manage Services
untuk produk Internet Rakyat (IRA) dan Starlite. Untuk target IRA di 2026
(2,5 juta sambungan) yang tergantung pada kecepatan dari pihak WIFI
Group dalam instalasi di tower/ BTS, Untuk Starlite adalah internet berbasis

(berbasis internet broadband dan dengan menarik ONT saja), dengan target
bisa mencapau 2,5 juta sambungan dalam 1 tahun

Apakah sudah ada gambaran mengenai potensi pendapatan dari bisnis tersebut
selain kontraktor FTTH?
A | Pemegang produk Internet Rakyat (IRA) adalah PT Telemedia Komunikasi
Pratama (TKP) atau WIFI Group. Dan TKP telah menunjuk beberapa distributor,
dimana salah satunya adalah Perseroan (PADA). Cara melakukan pemasaran
dengan melakukan proses Pre-Registrasi IRA yang mencakup area-area mana saja
yang termasuk dalam mitra-mitra distributor IRA. Dari situ Perseroan melakukan
konfirmasi/ verifikasi dan pemasangan, selain itu melakukan promosi dari media
massa, serta sales optimasi (penjualan via mobil dan motor).
Potensi pendapatan sudah dijelaskan dalam perjelasan sebelumnya
IRA ditargetkan 2,5 juta sambungan. Status saat ini Pre-Registrasi IRA perkiraan
| mencapai 720.000 permintaan.

a. Company Strategy and Business Focus

Currentiy, in addition to strengthening its existing business, the Company will also focus on
reinforcing its technical services business unit, particularly by executing the 'Internet Rakyat'
(IRA) connection project. This encompasses activities ranging from installation and distribution
to maintenance, as well as technical support and customer service (Call Center).

This project is expected to drive growth in the technical services business line, derived from a
target of 5 million Home Passes (HP) by 2026 for installation and sales, Managed Services
(MS), and Call Center activities.

b. Company Acguisition Plans and Timelines

« The plan to acguire 1.687,455,000 shares of the Company (53.574 of the paid-up capital)
from Koperasi Pegawai PT Indosat (Kopindosat) by PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk
(INET) (the "Acguisition") aims to unlock synergy opportunities with a strategic partner in
tapping into the telecommunications and Digital or Internet outsourcing services market,
thereby accelerating the Company's business growth and expansion in the future

" Proposed Acguisition Timeline
The acguisition process is currently still in the discussion stage and will be announced in
due course. The Company ensures that every step and process will be executed in
accordance with applicable regulations.

The stages of the acguisition, leading up to the Mandatory Tender Offer by the prospective
New Controller, are as follows:

Installation and maintenance capacity? Does this target reguire additional CapEx or
additional manpower, and how many?

A | 1. To achieve 5 million Home Passes, the following plan will be implemented:

" Attempt to distribute, maintain, and manage services for the Internet Rakyat
(IRA) and Starlite products. The target for IRA in 2026 (2.5 million
connections) depends on the speed of the WIFI Group in installing
towers/BTS. Stariite is fiber optic-based internet that depends on pulling
internet cables to homes (based on broadband internet and by pulling ONT
only), with a target of reaching 2 5 million connections within 1 year.

The daily capacity is around 3,000 connections/day, carried out by outsourced
personnei (sales or technicians who pull cables to homes) provided by the
Company. The Company has experience in meeting the needs for this
workforce/ Technicians.
2. The Company only provides operational support in the form of instaliation and
sales/distribution. while Capex is handled by the WIFI group.
