Sudirman Kav, 52-53 Jakarta 12190 Dengan hormat, Merujuk pada surat Perseroan No.233/PERSADA/DIR.ET/XII-25 tanggal 1 Desember 2025 tentang penyampaian materi Public Expose Insidentil Perseroan, maka bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyelenggarakan Public Expose Insidentil yang dilaksanakan secara hybrid (dengan kehadiran langsung/Offline serta melalui Online/Zoom Meeting), yang telah terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar pada hari Selasa, 2 Desember 2025, Jam 14.00 - 14.54 WIB, bertempat di Kantor Perseroan, Jl. Poltangan Raya no. 35, Tanjung Barat, Jakarta Selatan 12530. Adapun susunan acara Public Expose Insidentil tersebut sebagai berikut : 1. Pembukaan : Penyampain susunan acara, tata cara pelaksanaan/tata tertib penyampain pertanyaan dan jawaban (sesi tanya jawab). 2. Pelaksanaan: Penyampaian materi Public Expose Insidentil oleh Ibu Cahyanul Uswah selaku Direktur Utara Perseroan mengenai : 1).Gambaran Umum Perseroan, 2).Ikhtisar Keuangan Semester I-2025, serta 3).Update Strategi dan Rencana Perseroan ke depan. 3. Sesi Tanya Jawab dengan Peserta Kegiatan Public Expose dihadiri Peserta yang terdiri dari Media/Jurnalis. Sekuritas, Pemegang Saham Publik, Undangan dan Peserta Umum lainnya. Dengan jumlah Peserta yang hadir (tidak termasuk jajaran Manajemen & Karyawan Perseroan) sebanyak 82 orang. Berikut kami sampaikan pula hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan Public Expose tersebut: 1. Laporan dan sesi Tanya Jawab antara Direksi Perseroan dengan Peserta, 2. Salinan daftar hadir Direksi dan Manajemen Perseroan serta seluruh Peserta yang hadir. Jend, Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 With due respect, With reference to the Company's letter No.233/PERSADA/DIR.ET/XII-25 dated 1 December 2025 regarding the submission of material for the Company's Incidental Public Expose, we hereby announce that the Company has held an Incidental Public Expose in a hybrid format (with physical attendance/offline and online/Zoom Meeting), which was successfully and smoothly conducted on Tuesday, 2 December 2025, from 2 PM to 2.54 PM, at the Company's Office, Jl. Poltangan Raya No. 35, Tanjung Barat, South Jakarta 12530. The agenda for the incidental public expose as follows: 1, Opening: Announcement of the schedule, procedures for implementation / rules of submission of guestions and answers (guestion and answer session). 2. Implementation: Submission of Public Expose Incidental by Mrs Cahyanul Uswah as the President Director of the Company regarding: 1) the Company's Overview, 2) Financial Highlights of 1" Half of 2025, 3) Update on the Company's Future Strategy and Plans. 3. @uestion and Answer Session with Participants. The Public Expose activity was attended by participants consisting of the Media/Journalists, Securities, Public Shareholders, Invitees and other General Participants. The number of participants present (excluding the Company's management and employees) was 82 peoples. Here we also convey the results of the implementation of the Public Expose activity: 1. Report and O&A session between the Company's Directors and Participants. 2. A copy of the attendance list of the Board of Directors and Management of the Company as well as all Participants. Thus we conveyed this report, thank you for the support from the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia and all the Management and staff.
