Based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Material Facts Meeting of the Company on August 4, 2025, it has approved the transfer of Mr. Riduan's position as President Director and the appointment of Mr. Henry Panjaitan as Deputy President Director. 2. The transfer of positions and appointment of members of the Board of Directors have been approved by the OJK based on the Assessment of Competence and Suitability in accordance with letter No. SR-492/PB.02/2025 dated November 28, 2025, regarding the Submission of the Decision on the Results of the Fit and Proper Test for the Appointment of Management of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. 3.
